PARKING CHARGE NOTICE

What is the PCN and why have I got it?

If you have been issued a Parking Charge Notice and feel you have been issued incorrectly you have the right to appeal following the process detailed on our website marked 'appeals'.

Once you have been issued with a Parking Charge Notice you will be given the opportunity to pay at a reduced rate within 14 days from the date of issue, after this period the Parking Charge Notice will increase to £100.00.

If after 28 days the charge remains outstanding we request the licensing details from the DVLA and our accounts department will write to the Registered Keeper to request payment if they were the driver at the time of the Parking Charge, if they were not the driver we will request the drivers details. If the registered keeper is unable to give the drivers details we will under schedule 4 of The Protection of Freedoms act 2012 persue the keeper for the charge.
