If you wish to appeal the Parking Charge Notice you have received, you should complete the on-line enquiry form in the 'Contact' section detailing your reasons why you believe that this has not been appropriately issued, alternatively write to:

Your Appeal will be reviewed by the Management and a response will be sent out in writing detailing our decision within 35 days.

If we reject your appeal you may contact The IAS - The independent appeals service. To enable you to appeal with IAS you will first need to appeal to our-self and let us investigate your appeal and respond accordingly.

Should we reject your appeal you will be given access to the IAS process. Please note that should you wish to appeal to The IAS you will be unable to pay at the reduced rate of £60.00.
